GOULASH

750 gr daging has
1000 ml air untuk merebus
750 gr tomat, seduh air panas, buang kulit dan bijinya
2 sdm tomat pasta
150 gr sour cream
1 sdt oregano
1 sdt lada
1 sdt garam
1 sdt cabai bubuk
1/4 sdt jinten
200 gr bawang bombai, iris melintang
8 siung bawang putih
200 gr jamur kancing

Cara membuat:
1. Rebus daging sampai empuk, angkat tiriskan. Campur kaldu daging, masukkan tomat halus, tomat pasta, sour cream, oregano, lada, cabai bubuk, jinten, bawang bombai, jamur dan bawang putih.
2. Potong - potong daging bentuk dadu, lalu masukkan ke dalam kaldu. Didihkan kembali, angkat.
3.Hidangkan goulash dengan pasta / nasi.
