KAKAP ALA MEUNIERE

1 kg daging kakap ( fillet)
2 bh jeruk nipis ambil airnya
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt lada halus
100 gr tepung terigu
300 gr tepung panir kasar
minyak goreng

Saus putih:
2 sdm mentega
50 gr tepung terigu
150 ml susu
50 ml krim kental.
1/2 sdt lada
1/8 sdt pala
1/2 sdt garam

Cara membuat:
1. Kerat daging ikan, lumuri garam, lada, air jeruk nipis, biarkan selama 15 menit. Tiriskan dan keringkan.
2. Lumuri ikan dengan tepung terigu, masukkan ke dalam putih telur, lumuri tepung panir.
3. Goreng dengan minyak sampai matang kecokelatan. Hidangkan kakap goreng dengan stup brokoli, pure kentang, dan saus putih.
4. Saus putih: panaskan mentega, masukkan tepung terigu aduk hingga rata. Tuangkan susu sedikit demi sedikit hingga licin, beri lada, garam, pala. Aduk hingga rata terakhir tuangkan krim kental.
