PUNCH MARKISA APEL

250 gram daging buah markisa
100 gram apel malang
150 ml sirup markisa
50 gram sari kelapa
400 ml air soda
es batu secukupnya

Hiasan :
Ceri merah, daun mint

Cara membuat :
Kupas apel malang, potong dadu kecil, rendam dalam air garam selam 1 jam, angkat tiriskan. Campur sirup markisa dan air soda aduk rata. Letakkan isi buah markisa dalam gelas beri atasnya dengan buah apel dan sari kelapa tuang atasnya dengan punch markisa.
