MOUSSE MANGGA

300 gr daging buah mangga
100 gr gula pasir
100 ml air hangat
200 ml susu cair
10 gr gelatin tawar bubuk
200 ml whippy cream, kocok kaku
200 gr daging buah mangga untuk hiasan

Cara membuat:
1. Aduk air hangat bersama gelatin bubuk. Tim hingga gelatin larut.
2. Campur gelatin, gula pasir, susu, jerang di atas api sedang, sambil aduk hingga mendidih dan gula larut. Angkat dan biarkan hingga uapnya hilang.
3. Masukkan mangga dalam blender, beri campuran susu, haluskan, kemudian masukkan krim kocok, aduk hingga rata.
4. Tuang dalam gelas, beri hiasan mangga iris. Dinginkan dalam lemari es sebelum dihidangkan.
